Craffenheim L-Nala is one of the rare females who carries two direct lines back to the legendary Sofie vom Schwaiger Rathaus, making her pedigree not only genetically valuable, but historically significant. Nala’s lineage represents some of the healthiest, oldest and most accomplished ADRK bloodlines ever produced, and her ancestry reads like a hall of fame of Germany’s finest working and show Rottweilers.

From both sides of her pedigree, Nala inherits the unmistakable traits of the vom Schwaiger Rathaus / vom Schwaiger Wappen type: exceptional structure, fluid movement, powerful drive and that classic, expressive Rottweiler head that defines the breed. She is, in every way, a testament to the dogs before her—and exactly what decades of responsible ADRK breeding aims to achieve.

As a mother, Nala has exceeded every expectation. Just like her dam Evi (and the great Sofie), she is attentive, nurturing and instinctive, with a natural calmness and intelligence that translates beautifully into motherhood. Her pups are always large, strong, with remarkable food drive and early vigour.

Nala is also known for her formidable protective instinct. Hyper-alert and highly responsive, she is consistently one of the first dogs on the farm to react to unusual sounds or activity. This level of natural guarding ability cannot be trained—it is inherited, fine-tuned through generation after generation of careful selection.

Of course, like so many Craffenheim dogs from her bloodline, Nala is ball-obsessed. Her extreme ball drive not only keeps her busy but also makes her incredibly easy to train, enhancing her focus and engagement with her handlers.
